Automotive Service Technician/Mechanic Responsibilities:

· Full automotive troubleshooting, testing, and complete repairs

· System diagnostics and Routine inspections

· Learns quickly and efficiently

· Notices small details and ensures they are properly addressed

· Understands the value and importance of teamwork

· Multitasking-being able to work on more than one vehicle at a time

· Level III CDJR Certification a plus

· Solid Mechanical Skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage incoming multi-channel inquiries: phone, email, web leads and chat leads in comfortable BDC Office
  • Schedule Sales Appointments
  • Contact current customers (phone, text, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
  • Prospecting using our customer retention software.

  • Meet with customers and determine their needs for the repair and/or service of their vehicle.
  • Increase customer satisfaction by building customer trust and relationships.
  • The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills to ensure processes are maintained in the most efficient ways possible.
  • Maintain the company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, and exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and frequently updating customers.
  • Increase profitability by maximizing sales & executing retail promotions.
  • Oversee and participate in quality control.

Automotive Service Advisor/Dispatcher Qualifications:

  • One (1) year+ experience in the automotive industry
  • Ideal candidates are reliable, have exceptional communication and writing skills, a great attitude, and love working with customers.
  • Strong automotive knowledge or previous automotive-related experience
  • Commitment to being a team player
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
